dc.description.abstractEsta investigación se enmarca en la importancia de la implementación de un programa de desarrollo del maestro basado en tareas de aprendizaje basado en primaria maestros que tienen que enseñar todas las materias, incluyendo Inglés, incluso si no saben el lenguaje y la forma de enseñarlo. El estudio surgió a partir de los investigadores interés en la exploración y la búsqueda de estrategias para la enseñanza de Inglés y metodología con el fin de hacer que los maestros ayudan a los estudiantes a adquirir esta lengua. De hecho, esta investigación muestra que un maestro inspirador e informado es el más importante relacionada con la escuela factor que influye en el rendimiento de los estudiantes, por lo que es importante prestar mucha atención a cómo capacitamos y apoyamos educadores experimentados que promueven un ambiente Inglés en los niveles de primaria en una escuela pública en Tenjo.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThis research is framed on the importance of implementing an elementary teacher’s development program based on Task Based Learning for elementary teachers who have to teach all subjects including English, even if they don’t know the language and the way to teach it. The study emerged from the researchers’ interest in exploring and finding strategies to teaching English and methodology in order to make teachers help students acquire this language. In fact, this research shows that an inspiring and informed teacher is the most important school-related factor influencing student achievement, so it is critical to pay close attention to how we train and support experienced educators who promote an English environment in elementary levels in a public school in Tenjo.eng
