Desarrollo de las normas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional con la norma OHSAS 18001 para “GIV seguridad tecnológica LTDA”

Abstract

Al desarrollar el sistema de gestión con las normas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional se aplicó la NORMA TECNICA COLOMBIANA OHSAS 18001: 2007 en la empresa “GIV SEGURIDAD TECNOLÓGICA LTDA.”, con el objetivo de minimizar los riesgos y optimizar continuamente el Talento Humano. En el cual se logró identificar los riesgos mediante un diagnóstico de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, que se realizó a la empresa para conocer su situación actual. De acuerdo con la norma OHSAS 18001: 2007, se estructuró un sistema de gestión Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional, según los requisitos que la misma exige. Se desarrolló planes de acciones preventivas y correctivas necesarios, los cuales en la empresa GIV SEGURIDAD TECNOLÓGICA LTDA., fueron de gran ayuda para esta organización, controlan los riesgos de seguridad y salud ocupacional, así como mantienen y mejoran continuamente sus sistemas, esto garantiza la protección de los trabajadores, consiguiendo un aumento en la productividad, teniendo mejores estándares ergonómicos y de esta manera logran un buen clima organizacional. Se generaron indicadores propuestos que les permitirá de aquí en adelante evaluar el desempeño en seguridad, salud ocupación, prevención y el control del sistema de gestión. It was applied the Norm COLOMBIAN TECHNICAL OHSAS 18001: 2007 in the Company “GIV SECURITY TECHNOLOGICAL LTDA." when it was developed the management system based on this norm for the industrial safety and occupational health, with the objective of minimize the risks and to optimize continuously the human talent. In which it was possible to identify those risks through a diagnosis of industrial safety and occupational health, which was carried out to the company to know their current situation. According to the Norm OHSAS 18001: 2007, was structured a system for managing Industrial Safety and Occupational Health, in compliance with the requirements that the same demands. The development plans of preventive and corrective actions needed, which, in the company GIV SECURITY TECHNOLOGICAL LTDA., were a big help. Now they are able to control the occupational health and safety risks, as well as they maintain and continually improve their systems, this guarantees the protection of workers, achieving an increase in productivity, the best ergonomic standards was taken and in this way they achieve a good organizational climate. It was proposed and created indicators in order to enable them to evaluate the performance in safety, health occupation, prevention and control of the management system.
